Gold Medal Award for UNITEN in UTM Bridge Model Competition 2012

Awards ! Awards ! Awards ! Hundreds of awards won by University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) students and lecturers. Students and lecturers have raise our UNITEN's name and make it famous until international level. Today, we going to talk about gold medal award for UNITEN in UTM Bridge Model Competition 2012.
      This competition held in Skudai,Johor from 16-19 April 2012. UNITEN get the top 10 position among the 152 teams that have participated in the international competition. For UNITEN, four teams participated and from the four teams , two teams managed to move to final stage. The first team named as KOOCHOOLOO and the second team GENESSIS.

The competition is opened for every higher institution students who is majoring in Civil Engineering field and also other architecture course. There are few categories for the this competition like most creative bridge, most strongest bridge and most versatile bridge. Judges judge these bridges according to these criteria.For the most decorative booth, we also won the 3rd place.
     We were able to win so many awards because of the never give up attitude of the lecturers and students. We were so hardworking and determined to win in all the competition. Not far for us to achieve the best university in Malaysia, Asia and so on.
